Does not stand behind products
Bought several facemasks. One was defective and they would not replace it. I understand them not accepting a return but not accepting a defective product and making it good is bad customer service.
They lost a long time customer and my family and friends which all shopped at Hamricks all over a face masks worth a few dollars.

Yesterday, I shopped at your store and when I checked out, the black person, not a lady,
raised her voice, saying "I'm going to close my register because it is after 12 and I'm going to lunch. I have worked 4 hours and I'm going to lunch".
I was embarrassed that you had a person of this kind working in your store. It was uncalled for and if she was that adamant about it, why didn't she just put up the closed sign and leave. Why all the drama?
I have shopped in your store ever since it opened at Westgate and I have never witnessed such behavior. All of your employees go out of their way to help you but you have a rotten apple in your store.
