Handbag Happiness - Plano, Texas 75093 - The Shops at Willow Bend

I attempted to purchase a handbag from this location, I went home and did some research on the material and quality and was shocked to find out it cost almost next to nothing from vendors in China. My item fell apart within days of purchase. When speaking with the owner "Sina" she became seemingly annoyed and didn't want to help. She explained she was a single mother (boohooo sounds like a personal problem) and the profits go to a good cause. Well newsflash you are a terrible business owner and you don't posses the personality type to deal with people.

I am a forever Handbag Happiness Customer. Very good quality and very professional. I receive my handbag on time every month and I am never disappointed. Any bad reviews are fake because I have always had a great experience with Handbag Happiness and I have several friends that have signed up for the monthly handbag Subscription and they are very happy with it.

I would NOT recommend doing business with this woman. She is fraudulent and does not know how to properly conduct business. She will take your money for cheap products, smile in your face, and they act as if she wants nothing to do with you when you have a complaint. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! Shop else where!!!

Nice store with great prices. They have a online Subscription I signed up for it and they send me a nice fashion bag each month loaded with accessories.

Great handbags at a reasonable price, I have 2 and love both of them.

They are always open on weekends this store is owned by a single mother. The bags are very affordable and great quality. I signed up for the monthly membership on their site., it allows you to get a new handbag delivered to your house once per month loaded with accessories. Great store but not in the best mall unfortunately.

I have been to this store in the mall and it is never opened. On the website it says 9 am to 9 pm. The mall opens at 10. How do you have a store and never have it opened. How do you pay employees, if you have them ,if you are never opened. Not impressed with this store. Don't waste a trip to shop there because it will probably not be open.

Love this store their bags are very good quality and vegan friendly. Bought all of my family Christmas gifts here and I will defiantly be back. The store is extremely nice and well organized I am happy to see new modern stores at this mall. They are fashion bags and stress free of expensive branded bags. I love this place..
