HANESbrands - Glendale, Arizona AZ 85305 - Tanger Outlets Phoenix/Glendale

I tried to return a purchase I had made at the outlet mall in Laughlin to the Glendale hanes store and it had closed the day before anxious to exchange or refund my purchase, when will the store reopen??? thanks

7/27 I purchased 2 packets of under ware and a pack of bra extenders at the Glendale tangier store. Two very nice clerks assisted us. When I arrived home I noticed the bra extenders were 3 hook and I need 2 hook so we attempted to return them today 8/3 the clerk on duty was rude, arrogant and refused to take them back as she stated “we don’t sell that brand here” insulting me and my husband implying we were being dishonest about this purchase. Apparently the clerk who rang it up indicated it was a bra not bra extenders, therefore she wouldn’t not give a refund. We left without a refund and will never shop this location again.
