customer service
Made an online purchase and I realized it was getting shipped to the wrong address within a few minutes of getting a confirmation number. So I tried to fix it by calling the customer service number associated with Hat Club. Found out it was to a permanently closed location. So I called the stores in AZ directly and I got unprofessional service and the runaround. Even sent several unanswered emails and DMs through Twitter. Don’t trust them.
