I’ve been to a lot of shops and HD Truck Center is top notch man. The sales reps bend over backward to help you and their work is done professionally.

This place is ridiculous! They totaled my brand new tahoe by cutting nd drilling the frame and they dont even have insurance to cover it. Also their work resulted in locking up the front end I didnt even make it 5 miles after I picked it up from their shop and I had to get MY BRAND NEW VEHICLE TOWED!!. It's been sitting ever since and this was about 2 months ago. Plus we've had to pay OUT OF POCKET FOR A RENTAL CAUSE THEIR INSURANCE WONT EVEN COVER THAT!!! How does Their insurance NOT cover their work????? How does this happen you have a business where you mess with people's vehicles but dont have any coverage????? We also dropped tires off for them to put on my new rims and they put on old wore out looking tires. And I've asked and asked for a receipt (that was promised to be in my vehcile)and they refuse!! Like really how are yall in business??? I just cant believe how much money we spent on 2 vehicles there and they destroyed them!! SAVE YOURSELF FROM A LOT OF TROUBLE AND NEVER GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY OR BUSINESS!!!
