Love this store
Customer service was amazing. I am petite so it’s very difficult to find modest dresses that fit. This store had dresses that were modest, beautiful, and fit me. I don’t live by one of these stores which makes me so sad

I bought the prettiest white and pink floral dress from Head Over Heels. I give it four stars because it does seem a little pricey but overall I was super happy with my purchase!

They were super helpful with finding sizes for me and helping me find Easter dresses for my sister and I. Excited to go back and see what's new!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I wish I could give less than one star. I got a dress that turned out to be too small, and never received a receipt. I was told I could not exchange it or return it. There was no mercy. Now I'm out 40 bucks with a dress that does not fit. The most ridiculous exchange policy, I was told at my purchase that as long as the item still had the tag they could exchange it, not that without the receipt an exchange could not even be made. I will not be recommending this place to anyone again. I wish I would have received at least an apology.
Great store
I wandered into this store without any expectations. The shop is filled with clothes that fit this communities trends. There are lots of floral pattern dresses, popular ankle boots, and basic tops. I always struggle finding basic Ts that last longer than a month-- I found it here! Prices are good, maybe a little expensive for a college student, but reasonable.
Terrible customer service
The return/exchange policy is ridiculous. They won't do any returns or exchanges without a receipt. I just wanted to switch the size of a skirt I got as a gift from this store. They didn't have my size and wouldn't let me trade it for a different item of equal value. Basically just a too bad, a waste of money, you can't wear your gift because it's too big and you can't trade it for anything, get a refund, or even just store credit.
