Heaven Scent - Mesquite, Texas 75150 - Town East Mall

HEAVEN scent charged my kids 232.74 for two diffusers. Which is crazy when I came in that store they told me it was 40 bucks and on Amazon it's 40 as well. This is a horrible store to get honest kids for their money that they worked hard for. I will be reporting this to everyone until they make it right Just so wrong. Knowing it is Christmas time

The customer service is good because they are ripping people off! Google the price of any fragrance you buy BEFORE getting suckered by the smiles. Wish I had read ALL of these reviews before they ripped of my 16 year old. Shame on you! I have filed a complaint with the BBB for deceptive business practices involving a minor. Update: I have reached out to the store AND filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for deceptive business practices. Spoke to the Manager Jasmine who basically gave me the middle finger and told me to have a nice day.

they overprice over EVERYTHING they smell used testers for the price of the new one. ALSO they sell watered down perfume and cologne.. FAKE. COLOGNE. AND. PERFUME. STAY ALERT!

Id give no stars if I could.. I was gestured into the store by a man standing outside of it with a paper sample.. he asked if I was looking for something in particular.. this was spoken in a cold austere voice - I answered "yes, Jessica McClintock, do you have that in stock here?" He whispered to another man behind the counter and went back to the front of the store. The man behind the counter finds it readily enough and shows me the box. I ask him the price and he says he will look it up. Im in sales.. I was a little surprised over the complete lack of charm or even anything .. human.. , even faked.. that I was receiving but when the other man who worked there gave me the eye sweep that found me obviously lacking.. I could stay in this place no longer. The man behind the counter announced the price to me-- which was over twice what I found it for later when I did an online search for it. I thanked him and got out of there. I saw him on the escalator a few minutes later, he stopped at a small perfume stand and I approached him "Werent you just downstairs?" - really, I was curious if this stand was part of their business.. He became irrationally defensive.. I was astounded.. "I work here-- at the MALL. I work all OVER the MALL.. what did you want? Did you WANT something? I am on the phone!" holy crap! He left and I asked the sales girl if he worked there.. she said "He owns this stand, and the store below.." and Ill warrant most if not all of the other little perfume stands in this mall. I think he was defensive because he quoted me so wretchedly and was going to check on sales and tell the others if someone asked of Jessica McClintock.. what to charge for it.. I felt dirty, honestly.. do NOT go in there!!!
