DONT SHOP HERE
My experience with Helzberg started out great and I’m going through a total nightmare ! They sell you on the warranty and it’s great benefits and at the end totally screw you over. They lost my engagement ring sometime in these last 3 weeks ! It had a return date of 7/10/21 and it got lost somewhere in “shipment” and refuse a proper refund. Trust me go somewhere else unless you want to get screwed over. We are waiting for this to get resolved !
