The store is good. There used to be a very rude sales associate who worked here named Sultana but now that she is gone I have a new sales associate who I like much better.

Worst Hermes store in the Us, they sell returned old bag to new customer cos u r naive and then request u to “pre spend “ other categaries before u get ur quota bag like birkin and never honor …..
Amazing service ?
The store employees are very nice. I was treated very professionally and courteously. I received a craie Birkin 25 with rose gold hardware. I am enjoying my bag very much. I also bought lots of jewelry and a watch which I love too.

Hermès Palo Alto delivers great service. The staff are very professional and courteous. They are very knowledgeable and have excellent follow up. After a short time shopping here I was able to get a Birkin bag for my wife and she was very happy.
