I wish I could put no stars i ordered my shoes online an had in store pick up because I have had my stuff stolen off my property an wanted to insure I got my stuff an I still wasn't able to get my stuff had an email confirmation an everything an when I went to pick up my kids shoes with my kids so they could try on their shoes I had to wait almost 30 min with 4 kids an still walked out with ntn but sad kids an when I went back the next week or so the manager was shitty an after already waiting 5-10 min for him to come he told me let him clock in an he would be right with me he went to the back an never came back out an when I asked the young dude that was working he said the big boss was in the back so they were trying to figure out what needed to be done an after another 10-15 min I left to go get my other kids an a few days go by an I get email my items were picked up an my card was charged an nobody knows what happened but they still have my shoes instore but took my money an said my items were not picked up I am not a satisfied customer at all an they had me on hold over 20mins to cancel my order do not order from them if you take the chance buy instore an take them with you
