Very Poor Customer Relations
I was thrilled when I heard Hobby Lobby was coming to Eau Claire as I had lived near Woodbury and love the store there. The employees here pale in comparison. No one greets you when you come through the door even when they are looking right at you with no customers at the checkouts. The employees throughout the store always seem to be busy and never ask if they can assist you.
To top it off, even though I have had several conversations with the general manager welcoming him to Eau Claire and expressing how excited I was when the store opened he ignored me even though our paths crossed several times during my last and final visit.
I spent a substantial amount at Hobby Lobby in 2019 for my business but I will not be back .
