Hollister Co. - Danbury, Connecticut 06810 - Danbury Fair

Worst experience ever at this store. At checkout, I was told I couldn’t return or exchange without a receipt even if I had price tags on them!! After asking the non knowledgeable disrespectful man 5 times if he was sure , he repeatedly told me that was their policy! I had to google on my phone their return policy where it clearly stated you can return without receipt , I then confronted him again and he challenged me to let him see where it states that! To make matters worst! I asked to speak to his manager (who was standing next to him the whole time ) and I said to her what was the problem why was he telling me false information! And she didn’t say a word! Acted as if I wasn’t even there. Unbelievable. It was the most unintelligible situation I’ve ever experience at such a prestige clothing store. Disgusting. I will never go back in there .
