rude customer service
when i first walked in there i didn’t feel welcome. all the workers were young or in their teens but that doesn’t have anything to do with not feeling welcome they were just all acting shady. first off i went and simply and kindly asked for a fitting room for the TWO items i was holding, i mean it wasnt like i had 20 items in my hand or something, anyways the guy i asked annoyingly said sure and went and opened a door up for me. then what really ticked me off was the cashier girl, mabe around 18. this girl i tell you, the rudest service ive ever received, as she was talking she was talking like she was so much cooler than us and it was so obvious that even my mom was upsetted by her tone, she angrily folded and threw our 2 items into the bag and just rudely handed us it and said “here”. im upset with how they treated me and my mom and disappointed because i love holisters clothes.
