unfairly treated
No stars if I could! I encountered an awful experience today at Hollywood nails.
One of the male workers was working at the booth next to the sign in sheet, as I signed my named I asked how long for pedicure, he said 25 or 30 minutes. As I waited right next to the Hollywood nails in plain sight I noticed a two of the chairs became free. The worker looked at me and soon as I was about to get up a couple walked in and signed in, the worker asked them to sit down. He then looked at me and said what did you want again? I said a pedicure and I've been waiting for 30 minutes, they came in well after me and now being seated ahead of me with no chairs open. I crossed my name off the sign in and he said well you can leave but let me explain, I said no that is okay I will go somewhere else. He said well I can explain, I said no need to I will go and maybe come back tomorrow or somewhere that will fairly seat me. I did not like nor appreciate the way I was treated today and I will never go back to Hollywood nails again. Unfairly treated!!
