Never use their stylist, T! She is rude, makes no attempt at conversation & simply Horrible! Very good at rolling her eyes if you request she add volume to your hair, after I had already said, I did not like my hair pin straight! Oh let me not forget, how she bangs your head against the sink as she is washing it! Looked like all she wanted to do was get out of the salon as fast as she could and looked nothing but annoyed! Extremely Rude & Unprofessional. Unfortunately the manager was not there that day, so called Armonk to complain. Was told I would get a call, still waiting to hear back! Never will I return!
