Horrible people and products
My son bought a chain here. It broke within hours of buying. The transaction had not even cleared my bank! We went back to ask for an exchange. We were pointed to a sign that said “All sales final, no exchanges, no refunds”. We never saw this sign nor was he ever told this upon purchasing. Regardless, it broke within 24 hours! Less! And we were treated with the most disrespect and shooed away. Terrible customer service. I actually took him to Daniels and custom ordered him a decent silver chain just to not have to deal with sheisters like this ever again! You get what you pay for. Deal with crooks, you get robbed.
