The Best Customer Service
My 9yr old had her earrings pierced with Janette.. store manager who put my child at ease and was just awesome.. few weeks later we had issues with the backing of the earrings . I called and spoke with Stevie who was just so helpful and kind I even got snippy because I was worried I wouldn’t get the backings off! Stevie knew exactly what to say.. and I hung up smiling...none the less I went back and Janette again did her magic this store has the most professional caring people!!!
