Worst place
Do not go to this place!! They have the absolute worst customer service.
They will super helpful, to the point of pushy, when you want purchase something. After that they will ignore you and even make it hard to schedule an appt. avoid at all costs.
Update on previous review
I will be happy to update this review when I receive a refund for the service which I will not be able receive. Due to a family health crisis, I am not able to visit Colorado in June as planned and had to cancel my vacation. Even though I am cancelling with over a month’s advance and do not live in a state with an Ideal Image, the company still has not agreed to refund me.
The woman who made my appointment clearly said verbatim “We will not charge you for a service you do not receive” when I asked if I could cancel in the case something happened. I really hope Ideal Image upholds this statement.
It seems there are more reviews of this nature on Yelp. Not sure why Google reviews don’t match the low Yelp ratings.
I will be happy to update this review accordingly if they are fair and refund my money. I’m going through enough emotional/financial stress with my family and the added back and forth (also not calling me back) is getting to be too much.
It’s important to note I am not one to leave bad reviews. I love paying money for beauty treatments that I’m actually able to show up for.
