I always have a pleasant experience in the Raleigh's office but today was extremely pleasant and top rated customer service. Amanda greeted me with this warm and welcoming smile and offered beverage, as she checked me in. Next came Kelly with her big beautiful smile to greet me and to take me in the back. Kelly's expertise in determining the type of service for me is impeccable. She thoroughly examined and then made clear suggestions. After Kelly's pre-determination, she took me to another awesome worker, Patricia who made it all possible for what I was looking for. She listened and provided the IDEAL service for me. This staff is the best ever. I have been with Ideal Image for some years and can't see myself ever going anywhere else. They ALWAYS have the best prices and they are eager to such for savings to give you their best price....and the staff makes it a plus and a great experience.
