I have been a consistent customer at In and Out. I have been very disappointed the last couple of times. My complaint is regarding the French Fries. My longest fry was about one inch and the rest were a half inch and less. Who made the decision to cut the fries so small, or are you using small white potatoes, instead of the nice long Idaho potatoes.
I was very upset trying to pick up the tiny tidbits of potato and dip them in catsup.
