Bad customer service, shockingly poor quality product
I purchased a straightener at this kiosk on august 20, 2022.It started to shut off randomly in December.I thought I was accidentally switching it off in styling but by January 2023 it stopped working.I went back to the kiosk with receipt to return my 5 month old straightner. they told me I had 15 days to return it& that an exchange could only be done if I had the box.Good customer service would’ve made that clear. A grocery store iron lasts years
