have been using intimissimi products since I was very young and I was very happy to have a store open near by and in USA. However, the service in this location is the worst I have ever experienced, there are a pack of unprofessional workers starting from the regional manager with disrespectful and rude team. There needs to be some sort of standard of workers as well as diversification. One woman should not wonder weather she’s going to be attacked or not by the unprofessional workers while shopping for lingerie. One of the associate told me that the customer reviews did not matter and that they were to decide the store policies as the regional manager agreed with her. There were no standards to their poor and bullying approach on several occasions. One of the leading disrespectful employee’s name is Diamond speaks extremely loud while rolling her eyes. It’s unfortunate and disappointing but this store needs an upgrade on customer service.
