Great customer service and great àffordable quality
Went engagement ring shopping with my fiance today and was a bit discouraged with a few of the department stores and their selection. Took a look here and the customer service was great. I wasn't sure how to describe the ring I pictured in my head but the woman who I was working with was very patient and found exactly what I envisioned. She made sure to take the time to ensure I had the perfect fit and had my ring resized in a matter of a few hours. Very reasonable prices for the beautiful ring we bought. All around a great experience.
