Purchased an Empire Tech Marvelous as well as a long list of Introstem products. Contract included one facial per month and free product refills for a year. One month later tried to make my spa appointment. Phones don't connect so went to the mall store; found a note saying they were closed for remodeling but feel free to use their other spa sites. No phone numbers, no list of others sites, and nothing in my state online. Beware!!!
