Watch owner
I took two watches to the store on May 13 for batteries they told me they’re too busy to do batteries on the weekends to take it to a a store down from them. I did that she couldn’t fix them so I returned to the store and asked them if they could repair them they only needed batteries. They said if would have to leave them and said they would fix them on Monday. It is now May 20th still no watches. Called them no answer can’t leave a message.
Invicta damage
Took my Invicta 13911 for battery replacement, in the Invicta store at Sawgrass Mall. they said they put in a new battery but watch is not working.Watch is fairly new, two-three years old, barely used, only on special occasions.
They damage mi Watch and they no wan be responsible for what they do.. Be carefully.
