Problem solved all right (for THEM) bc now it was out of the warranty period!
Came back the 2nd time after replacing screen on phone because new screen was bad. After rapid-fire-pushing the button for 30sec with no result, I asked if he still didn't believe me or if he needed still more proof.
Like if it worked after 99 times, 2nd guy would reset it and have me come back again.
Scam? Cheap? You decide.

I got a screen replacement here and it broke my phone. Do not use them for anything.
