There was a lovely woman working at the carousel at opry mills a few years back. Her name was Jessica. She was just the best worker we have ever encountered there. We came back repeatedly just so our grandkids could see her and ride "her carousel". We went back recently and found she no longer works there. It makes us so sad. The new girl, Brook or Brooklyn or something like that, was just plain awful. Seemed like a teenager or close to it, more into her phone than doing her job. And just didn't seem to like kids. Bring Jessica back, and we will come back gladly.
