Long time customer
The customer service and quality of merchandise at this J.Jill is outstanding! I only recently learned that this location is being closed. This is a huge mistake by the Corp office. I also understand the employees were offered employment at the Stanford J.Jill Store. I found that particular store awful the staff there is rude and unfriendly, poor customer service, and most of the time the merchandise is disorganized.
Shopping at J.JIl Hillsdale is like working with family, the wonderful ladies and good selection of merchandise available if they did not have it. It was immediately ordered and shipped to me!.
I am loosing my favorite place to shop, yes over Nordstrom, Macy's is rarely a choice.
The J.Jill mgr. is a gifted person and runs a tight ship. Shame on you for letting her and her outstanding staff go!!.
