The man that took me and my family pictures was nice, but rude in his own way. For example, every time I would ask something; he would cut me off. Then say, if you let me finish I can explain to you better. I didn't even ask him that many questioning. My experience at JC Penny for the (FIRST TIME ) and the way me and my family pictures was taken was not at all what I expected it to be. LOOK AT MY DAUGHTER FEET. He could have asked me to turn her feet around or could you make sure her shoes are on. He rush me and my family. He would not let me try to make my daughter smile. She did not smile in ONE photo. And when I did make her smile, I didn't see not one Photo of it. I took this photo at home of my Daughter. On my Bed. I did a better Job than the rude staff member at JC Penny. I notice that it was Different shades of people working at the time me and my family got our pictures taken. The rude staff member that took my photo was Caucasian. I will never come back.
