RUDE BAD SERVICE BAD PRODUCT BAD MANAGEMENT 2 FACED HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT
VERY RUDE STAFF . have no respect for clients that have been with them for several years. They never answer the phone and when they do ASHLEY who calls herself a manager ( Im sure she is not )Hairdressers change their schedule BAILEY without notice and expect you to change your work hours if you have to reschedule just to get a cookie cutter color and style that you pay over $100 for .. NO THANKS ! I will go to REAL PROFESSIONALS . Huge thumbs down for the WHOLE STAFF !!! They are all Two faced and back bite their co workers and talk about each other behind their back while they are offering you a marginal hair color that is barley passing for ok! Not a good experience at all ! Less than one star is what i would give the back biting unprofessional snotty staff for a cheap hair style . When you have to get additional services after the fact because they put CHEAP PRODUCT on your hair !!! BUYER BEWARE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS SALON !! Lack of bad management !
