Ridiculous! Why bother opening?
They only have one register open. They expect you to stand in very long lines, purchase the items, take them home, try them on, bring them back, stand in very long lines again and return what doesn't fit!
I have been a long time JCP customer but no more! This is the most ridiculous, a clothing store that doesn't allow you to try on clothes! This might would in the mens' department but never for women.
