Had vests in men's department marked with a sign that said $8.99 in 96 point font. Listed other prices, but only had one style on the rack. Tried to charge me $28 and refused to honor the price on the rack. Couldn't show me any on the rack for $8.99 as they only had the one style. Classic bait and switch. Manager on duty refused as well. Called Penney's national customer service line. First trip refused as well. Second rep said she'd have the manager call. Still waiting. Avoid at all costs. Willing to throw awaya 33 year customer over $19. Unless I'm taken care of, I'll never set foot in another Penney's and will encourage every person I know likewise.
