Seek First to Understand…
I have shopped at Jenn’s for almost ten years and have found her to be incredibly knowledgeable and caring. The store and animals flourished under her care. This last year has been incredibly challenging, but the entire family has done their best to try to keep Jenn’s dream alive.
Compassion and prayers would be far more productive than the harsh criticism that’s been rendered without a clear understanding of the situation.
TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Would rate 0 stars if I could, let me start out by saying they stole 293 dollars from me. I put a deposit down for a cockatiel that was coming "from their best breeder". The cockatiels come in and have bloody feet, feathers all plucked out and are scared completely of any human contact. They are supposed to be hand fed and tame mind you. So I said I didn't want them and wanted my deposit back but they didn't give it back.
Great place to find a pet!
I'm so happy we founds Jenn's exotic pets! We have a few local pet stores where we live and they are sad to say the least. Jenn has an amazing selection of birds and other small animals. We purchased two birds ( pineapple green cheek and Yellow naped Amazon) they are perfect. Jenn is very knowledgeable and very helpful. We just love coming to visit and buy our birds needs there! Even at an 1 1/2 drive!

Sick and injured animals in deplorable conditions, owner doesn't know how to take criticism and reviews well and plays them off as "having a bad day" very professional guys.
