Standing in store for 15 min before anyone acknowledged we were there. Two employees present, only one making ice cream, the other was on his phone. Finally, our order was taken. Both guys were making ice cream for our two orders. But wait, the one on our left was making the wrong order. Never mind, he was making one for himself. The other guy made both of them. I can’t believe how bad the service was. If I owned this store and witnessed this, I’d be PISSED!
