Old Owner Of A Tissot Watch
About 7 months ago I brought in my Tissot T-Sport(Bought from Jones Brothers) to get a battery replaced and a new watch band ordered. It was in good working order when I received it and with my new band looked good. It sat on the shelf until about a month and a half ago when I decided to wear it again but there was no ticking. I took it back in to get another battery installed and was notified by the staff that there was damage to the movement due to moisture. $200+ to get fixed. I complained and said they were the last and only place to have the case back off the the watch. Sales manager called me back and contradicted himself several times. "Not every jewelry shop can guarantee the level of skill or perfect environment to complete such intricate repairs, but Jones Bros can!" It's just not true. DO NOT TAKE YOUR WATCH IN FOR REPAIR HERE! Mine came back broken. No refund on the watch and will not cover the cost of repair. Complete Joke.
