Poor customer service
I visited Joty’s at the McCain mall location on 1/13/22. I got eyebrow tint and butterfly lashes. After my service was finished I asked the employee if my lashes were dry and she said they would matte dry. 3 hours later my lashes were horrible. I messaged Joty on Fb and told me she could not redo my lashes. I am very dissatisfied and shocked, I paid $70 for the service and it looks horrible. I didn’t request a refund just wanted it redone.
