Manager should not be in customer service
Worst staff I've ever met. The manager should NOT be a manager. She was super defensive when I was giving feedback about them not even giving any attention when we were trying to purchase. Instead of listening she just kept insisting they're right. My kids buy shoes at journey's all the time but this is the worst experience ever.
