disappointed
Ordered a shoe online from this location and the box as well as the shoes were damaged. Looked as if someone had worn them and they kept it in stock. Had to change my outfit for an event due to THEIR error and the only compensation was for me to return the item or exchange it! Will shop at Journeys in store from now on. It also saves shipping cost
