If there was a 0 that's what I would rate this store... The manager was unhelpful and condescending. He looked at me when I asked him to honor what his employees told me and said "If it seems to good to be true, it probably is." He even admitted that he fired an employee last week for giving misinformation to customers! Well if you knew it was a problem, then wouldn't you want to honor this employees promises to avoid unhappy customers? I assume that's why you fired him...But no, he said it was not within policy to replace my 2 year old daughters shoes within the 1 year warranty time frame because they were not visibly damaged... When I purchased them they were a bit small but I wasn't worried about it because I was assured by 3 associates more than once that they could be returned within one year from the purchase date if she grew out of them. I told all of my friends and coworkers how great this store is, but after today's experience, I will be letting everyone know how terrible the customer service is... I won't be shopping with any Journeys location again...I truly hope this supposed manager learns how to speak to customers and honor the promises of his employees going forward. As a manager myself, I should know how you properly treat a customer and he obviously does not!
