Great customer service the lady helped me find every thing I needed they have so many Great gifts and she even gave me a discount I love this store fairies, dagers,knives and jewelery they have it all and the lady was very nice I recommend this store for gifts this holiday.

Buyer beware fraud!!!!
She had adorable dresses. I bought $329 worth of dresses and the owner came up from her downstairs shop to ring me up. The bill seemed high at $478 and I requested an itemized receipt; she refused. My phone was dead and I didn't want to seem cheap and like I was calling her a lier so I left and plugged in my phone and added them up and found it should have been $329 +tax. I went back and she offered to refund $80 of the appx $120 she owed me. I told her she can have them back as she owed me $120.
She secretly billed me $120 and then refunded me $120 so that I didn't get a discount and would leave happy. I have been disputing it with my Bank of America credit​ card ever since because they keep insisting it was refunded. But I never got anything for the $120. She tipped herself I guess and somehow police say it is considered a business dispute not fraud. Beware, if she gets your account info!

0 Their exchange policy is only 7 days! Bought a dress for my daughter's wedding and be ause it was not 7 days they refused to exchange.
