Rude service
I was at your store on 10/17 at Arizona Mills I was in there to get a repair done on my diamond ring . The lady that TRIED to help me but kept telling me there was nothing wrong with my diamond and she did not send it out all she kept saying is that I should upgrade. The lady was Asian and her name I believe is Kitling ? Point is I went to another Kay’s to get it serviced. Hopefully someone talks to her how to treat customers !!
