Awful!
Never purchase a ring from Bismarck Kay jewelers they are awful and their rings are garbage. I was told twice my ring was fixed and ready to pick up. When I picked up my ring it had never been touched.. They had one of my rings for 6 months before calling me. And one for 3 months. Management is awful as well.
