Very unhappy customer!!!
I'm appalled by the service I go over the phone just now. Idk what kind of company you ppl run but the experience I just had was completely and totally unacceptable. My husband bought me a ring online from yall and we paid very good money for it but the sizing wasn't what we ordered. When I called to see about getting it corrected and what I could do so I can actually waer the ring, the gentleman that answered the phone not only seemed distracted but was very rude not to mention he answered the phone "hello" . I overlooked that and the proceed to ask him what I can do and he says we can't help you and then hangs up on me. I will be returning the ring and taking my business elsewhere!
