BEWARE
Me and my wife started looking to upgrade her wedding set. We went to the Kays at Orchard Town Center in Westminster. We left without a set. We found one online on sale we both liked and went into this Kay Jewelers to check it out. We stood there for 15 mins before anyone acknowledged us. Then the young lady that was working there came to help us. She pulled the ring out and i tried it on. We loved it. Asked her about the rebates that the other Kay Jewelers was offering and she stated they don't do that at their store. So we left her standing there looking dumbfounded. Called Judy at the Kay Jewelers in Orchard Town Center. Told her we found the ring that we wanted online. Asked if they could honor the online price and still get the rebates. She said absolutely. We drove back across town and she did everything in her power to help us walk out of there with everything we were looking for. Needless to say, I have one very happy wife and my wife picked out a little something for me too!!! DO NOT GO TO KAYS ON FLATIRON CROSSING. THEY ARE RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Make the drive and go to The Kays at Orchard Town Center. Ask for Judy! She is the best!!!!
