Fire the District Manager Kara
This Kara lady refused to send our ring back after a sizing they messed up..She just can't understand why were so upset over the work done..Well the ring was brand new in the box never worn waiting for it to be sized and you could see and feel it so we fought to have it sent back and fixed and the second time and it was a little better but left deep i'n guessing file or buffing marks the ring didn't have prior to taking it there
