My boyfriend and I walked in to purchase an engagement ring. Not one person acknowledged our presence. I understand that it’s 4pm on a Sunday and you’re busy but acknowledging your customer is step #1 when you’re in customer service. ESPECIALLY when your customer is buying a $2,000+ ring!
