My girlfriend and I stopped in to check on the status of some jewelry she had in for repair. The entire conversation with the salesperson consisted of me yelling across the store to communicate why we were there.. Instead of the 170lb, middle age,, dark haired, female approaching us and acting like we were customers she tried to put us on center stage for everyone in the store to see. We look great there anyways! Your point?! #NOCUSTOMERSERVICE
Disrespectful employees and employees damaged my jewelry by ,
I recently took 4 watches in to have the batteries replaced.As soon as I walked into the store an employee who I later found out was the manager named Jana asked "how can I help you", I replied that I needed to have the batteries in 4 of my watches replaced. Jana replies with "it's $14.95 per battery". I stated that I had purchased the warranties and battery replacement was included in that. Jana replied "well you did say that". She never gave me an opportunity to tell her about the warranties before she acted like I was inconveniencing her. When she was looking up the purchases in their system she proceeds to tell me that one of the watches was not purchased with them which was incorrect because she later found it receipt. Jana took the watches to change the batteries and when taking the backs off 2 of the watches she scratched the back of 2 of the watches. I brought it to her attention and told her I did not want her to touch the other watches. She said she would send the watches out to be repaired and if they could not repair then they would see if they could replace them and if they could not replace them they would give me the value of the watches. Today I called to check the status of my watches that were sent out and a manager Montell said the Jana was handling this and I would have to call back tomorrow to speak to Jana because she works 9 am to close. I stated that as a customer I have the wright to know the status of my jewelry and Montell said he couldn't help me and hung up on me. I called back only to find that they had turned the phone to fax mode so I couldn't get though. My husband and I were only 10 minutes away from the store so we went to the store to have that same manager Montell locking the doors at 8:47 PM (they closed at 9 PM) and him telling us that he needed to see an ID because someone called in a bomb threat to the mall and they were handing out fake money. I went to another store in the mall to inquire about the alleged bomb threat only to find out that Montell had lied. I still have no answers on my jewelry. My husband contact the police and made a police report because Montell made false reports about a bomb which illegal. We then called the Kay's in the Lansing mall to get the corporate phone number and the employee of that store reached out to her manager. We then received a call from the same manager Jana who damaged the watches who was going to contact the district manager about what happened and either her or the district manager would give me a call back tonight. Needless to say I was lied to again because it's now 11:38 PM and I still have not receive the call I was promised.
