Online buyers beware
Never buy from Kay's again! Contactless shopping during the current pandemic situation here in Minnesota! I ordered two items on two separate days both of which were canceled by Kays citing inventory issues! Contacted Kay's customer service to find out when I would be receiving a refund they informed me 5 to 10 business days that's 2 weeks. Unacceptable! Then the customer service person for Kay's had the audacity to tell me to go the store and do my shopping, so much for contactless! Thanks Kay's for holding up my money! Now my mother won't be getting an70th birthday gift and my kids Christmas gifts all so you can hold my money for 2 weeks!
