After my brand new ring was resized, a diamond popped out. When I brought it in to have it fixed, the service manager implied that I broke my own ring because I worked at a rough job. I informed the service manager that I have a desk job. Two weeks later when my ring was ready and I went to pick it up, there were gaps in the center and on the sides around the diamonds. The same service manager was present and implied that nothing was wrong with the ring. Then, when a sales associate assisted me and recognize the gaps, the service manager implied that even if it went out to be fixed the gaps may still exist. Good thing we bought the warranty.
