Recently got a ring from here, it's pretty I like it BUT when my boyfriend went to go pick it up for me the clerk kept trying to push him to shop more and he said to her multiple times "I'm just picking up."
Si she asked him if he was going to get me something for sweetest day he told her no because it's not something we celebrate (which we don't because it's even dumber than Valentine's to pretend you love someone more on some arbitrary day. To buy a gift because your told to isn't sweet, but to buy because you see your partner looking at it online: that's nice)
Then she tried to shame him and told him he's a "bad boyfriend/husband"
If he'd let me the rib would be getting returned because that is NOT how you speak to people in customer service.
WILL NEVER BE BACK. WAS GOING TO GET MY ENGAGEMENT RING HERE BUT NOPE. NEVER. WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW HOW MUCH YOU PEOPLE SUCK
